Return & Replacement Policy
Customers are eligible to request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact and unbroken.
- Do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged.
- Return is not applicable for products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Fashion items like shoes, t-shirts, polo shirts, and tech accessories are returnable only if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing upon delivery and meet the above conditions.
- A return or replacement request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within:
- 24 to 48 hours inside Dhaka
- 5 to 7 days outside Dhaka
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- If the delivered product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
- Refunds will be processed within 1 to 7 working days after the return is received and approved.
- For missing items in prepaid or COD orders, a quick refund will be initiated upon verification.
Claim Policy
To claim any return, replacement, or refund, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. This helps us verify and process the claim quickly and efficiently.
